The A3079 at Thorndon Cross near Okehampton, West Devon was closed following a three vehicle accident.
The road has been closed in both directions, traffic is said to be queuing due to the debris on the road and the collision itself.
The traffic information service Inrix says about the incident: “A3079 – THORNDON CROSS – DEVON: A3079 blocked, traffic jam due to debris on the road and accident, three cars involved at Thorndon Cross.”
Inrix also points out that there is significant delays in the area as a result of this incident.
