A RENAULT involved in criminal activity was recovered by Westhoughton police on Thursday afternoon.
Members of the public raised concerns about the vehicle to officials investigating a separate incident on Cow Lees.
The car was recovered to prevent further anti-social behavior and the police thanked the public for their help.
Police said: “PCSO Richmond and Morris were approached by numerous members of the public during an incident at Cow Lees, Westhoughton, to inform them of a suspicious vehicle.
“This vehicle has now been recovered as it was used in criminal offenses to prevent further anti-social behavior.
“Thanks to the community for your help.”
