A driver was measured at over 130 mph by an unmarked police car on the M60, officials say.
The Greater Manchester Police Department Transportation Department reported the incident on Twitter at 12:36 p.m. this morning (Wednesday).
The driver hit the brakes after police turned on the blue lights on his vehicle, the lights said.
Referring to the picture at the top of the article, the tweet said: “The brake lights that flashed in the distance in this picture reflect the moment the driver of an Audi S3 saw the blue lights flash in his rearview mirror.
“Taken at over 130 mph in an unmarked vehicle on # M60. Stopped and reported.”
