Three people and two cats from car accident in Solihull. saved

The Solihull firefighters praised “purrfect teamwork” yesterday evening (December 8th) as the combined rescue team that resulted in three injured people being rescued from a vehicle – and two cats rescued from the incident.

White Watch from the Solihull Fire Station were sent to the road accident and they were escorted by the West Midlands Ambulance Service along with the West Midlands Fire Service Technical Rescue who brought their expertise to the complicated operation.

They said it was a perfect example of a coordinated rescue service deployment, with the various departments getting on well in the incident.

Firefighters later tweeted, “White Watch Solihull RTC. Three injured people were freed and two cats were rescued from the vehicle. Perfect teamwork. “
