Woman stops man’s car covered in blood

People in Crosby say their cars were stopped by a “bloodied” man last night while driving home.

One woman said she was on her way home from work yesterday (Thursday) when a man stood in front of her car and gave her “no choice” but to stop.

Another woman wrote on Facebook: “There were two of them, one on the sidewalk. It looked like they fought.

“The injured man swayed and had marks on his face.

“Two more cars stopped and then there was more fighting.”

A third wrote: “A boy passed us covered in blood”

Merseyside Police have confirmed they are investigating the incident.

A police spokeswoman told ECHO: “We were called yesterday evening (Thursday) at around 9:10 pm for reports of domestic unrest involving two men in the Moor Lane / Forefield Lane area of ​​Crosby.

“A man in his thirties was rushed to the hospital with a facial injury.

“The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
